IT Coalition Awarded Grants Customer Support Contract at DOJ Office of Justice Programs (OJP)
IT Coalition (ITC) is excited to announce that we have been awarded the Department of Justice (DOJ) Office of Justice Programs (OJP) Customer Service Center (CSC) prime contract. Under this contract, ITC will provide support for financial and grant processes of OJP’s Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO).
ITC will provide phone and email support to awardees of federal grants for complex financial grant issues related to awards, payments, reconciliation, and financial management. Additionally, ITC will support the OCFO in providing reconciliations of complex financial transactions and writing and editing financial policies. “We are honored to have been selected by OJP to operate the Customer Service Center for grantees to help further enable successful law enforcement and public safety activities in state, local, and tribal jurisdictions” said Greg Fitzgerald, ITC’s President. “This work complements our grants management work at the DOJ office of community Policy Services and we’re excited about the opportunity to continue to provide exceptional grants management support to DOJ and their stakeholders.”
