Russell DeGidio
Russell DeGidio
As the President of IT Coalition, Russell DeGidio provides leadership counsel to the ITC Team with an emphasis on performance management objectives. Russell is committed to ITC’s mission of delivering innovative IT and Business solutions and services to their Federal customers. Prior to joining ITC, Russell spent 26 years delivering dynamic program management solutions for highly-visible healthcare and IT programs at the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. As a Veteran of the U.S. Navy, Russell served 25 years in deployments to Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Panama, and Iraq, as well as, participating in the Gulf War Operation Desert Shield. Russell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health System Design and a Master of Science in International Public Health Systems from Touro University.
Tom Davis
Tom Davis
Mr. Tom Davis is the founder and CEO of IT Coalition. He provides corporate oversight while directing all contract & financial management activities. Mr. Davis founded ITC after 10+ year career managing security programs for the ARMY, DOJ, and other Federal and Commercial clients. During that time, he served as a Senior Program Manager supporting the ARMY PKI program and as a senior leader in the Department of Justice (as a Civil Servant) leading physical security programs. Prior to his Federal Experience, Mr. Davis led physical security programs for commercial customers and owned and operated a small security consulting company. Mr. Davis has a BS in Criminal Justice.
Greg Fitzgerald
Greg Fitzgerald
Mr. Greg Fitzgerald (Fitz) serves as the COO of the corporation, leading the day to day management of ITC and overseeing all business development and account management activities company-wide. He brings 15 years of experience leading program management, business development, capture management, and solution development across the Federal sector. Previously, he served in leadership positions with Computer Science Corporation (CSC) where he led the pursuit and capture of strategic opportunities securing more than $1B in new single-award contract wins. Mr. Fitzgerald has a BA from Penn State and an MS in Technology Management from George Mason. He is PMP certified and holds a Federal CIO certification.

Bill Price
Bill Price
Mr. Bill Price serves as the Director for the company where he manages our U.S. Coast Guard account and provides enterprise business development support. Mr. Price was previously the Information Systems Director at the U. S. Coast Guard’s Telecommunication and Information Systems Command where he provided oversight and supervision to a staff of 150+ staff (military, civilian and contractor). His responsibilities spanned a broad scope of enterprise-wide IT infrastructure engineering, support, and security services. He retired from the government in 2007 with more than 35 years of federal service. Mr. Price has a BA from the University of Maryland in Business Management.
Nelson Spessard
Nelson Spessard
Mr. Nelson Spessard serves as the Director who is responsible for the delivery of IT Services. Mr. Spessard has over 25 years’ experience in the federal and commercial sector. He has a Masters in Information Technology and Computer Science, is a Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA) and is Certified in Risk and Information System Controls (CRISC). Mr. Spessard has delivered services to the National Cybersecurity Center of Excellence (NCCoE), Federal Student Aid, Department of Defense, Gate Gourmet, Sprint International and other companies and organizations.
Naveen Kumar
Naveen Kumar
Mr. Naveen Kumar serves as the Director of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solutions. He brings more than 20 years of rich experience in ERP business process design, configuration, development, upgrades, and implementations with in-depth financial knowledge on accounting practices in manufacturing, service, and federal government. Mr. Kumar has held key positions with top IT consulting corporations such as Unisys and Deloitte Consulting. His federal clients have included the Department of Homeland Security, the United States Coast Guard, the Transportation Security Agency, the Domestic Nuclear Detection Office, and the National Institute of Health. Mr. Kumar is a Certified Chartered Accountant and earned his Bachelor of Commerce and MBA from Averett University. He is the recipient of the prestigious DHS CFO Comptroller Award in 2011.
Geoff Crowe
Geoff Crowe
Mr. Geoff Crowe serves as the Director of Business Development and Senior Account Manager for IT Coalition. In this capacity, he leads the identification, qualification, pursuit, and account management for all new business activities. He also manages accounts at the Department of Homeland Security, Washington Headquarters Service, and the Department of Health and Human Services. Mr. Crowe brings more than a decade of experience leading new business pursuits for defense, civilian, and intelligence procurements. Previously, Mr. Crowe served as a Sr. Manager of Business Development for TDC Government Solutions, where he played a key role in establishing their federal presence and helping them secure more than $80M in federal contracts across the Defense and Intelligence communities. He holds a BS from Christopher Newport University and Shipley training in Capture and Proposal Management.
Kristine Kilgore
Kristine Kilgore
As Director of Enterprise Service Management, Ms. Kilgore oversees enterprise IT and business solutions, including IT Coalition’s ServiceNow practice. She also serves as the IT Coalition Program Manager on our subcontract at the NASA Shared Services Center. With more than a decade of business process and analytics experience, Ms. Kilgore helps organizations improve their mission impact and cost performance by enhancing and automating their service delivery processes and approaches. Prior to joining IT Coalition, Kristine served as a Lead Senior Business Process Analyst and Scrum Master at the NASA Shared Service Center (NSSC). During her tenure at NSSC, Kristine led a significant effort to improve work processing for all business functions by leveraging the ServiceNow platform. Ms. Kilgore earned a BS from Northeastern University and is a Certified Scrum Master.
Laura Diggs
Laura Diggs
Ms. Diggs serves as the Senior Solutions Architect for IT Coalition. In this role, she oversees the design and implementation of on-premise and cloud-based IT solutions for ITC’s clients and internal corporate systems. Ms. Diggs was previously the IT Design and Engineering Manager for the NASA Shared Services Center, where she was awarded the NASA Outstanding Public Leadership Medal. During her tenure, she led the NSSC’s transition to the ServiceNow platform and guided teams as they implemented and enhanced new and legacy systems for HR, finance, procurement, program office, business office, legal, communications, training, help desk and IT departments. Her background includes software development, system administration, database administration, security, IT service management and business process engineering. Ms. Diggs has a BS in Computer Science from the University of New Orleans. She holds an ITIL v3 Foundations Certification and is a Certified ServiceNow Administrator and Implementation Specialist.
Eric Wieman
Eric Wieman
Mr. Eric Wieman serves as the Vice President, Operations, providing day-to-day guidance and leadership to ITC’s internal operations as well as managing program delivery to external, U.S. Government customers. He brings 35 years of civilian and military executive leadership and management experience. Before joining ITC, Mr. Wieman was the Chief Operating Officer for A-TEK Inc., overseeing all operational aspects of the company. Previously, Mr. Wieman has held senior operations leadership positions with STG, Inc. Accelera Solutions, Perot Systems (Dell Services), CSC, Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, and Lockheed Martin. Mr. Wieman served as an active duty Navy pilot for almost 7 years as a P-3C Patrol Plane Commander, mission commander, and instructor pilot. He was also a primary flight instructor for familiarization, basic instruments, formation, and aerobatics in the T-34C aircraft. Wieman later served as a Navy Reserve Pilot for 19 years, retiring in October 2006 with the rank of Captain. Mr. Wieman holds a BA in English from the College of the Holy Cross. He has attended various corporate management and leadership institutes throughout his career and completed Raytheon’s prestigious Business Leadership Program and Advanced Program Leadership Course.
