ITC has been involved in IT Infrastructure support activities since the beginning days of the company. Early on we helped establish the networks, data center, and security for the FBI’s terrorist screening center as it was being stood up and built a foundation of best practices and solid past performance since that initial effort. In the past 5 years we have provided system administration for complex systems (traditional and virtualized), network engineering and operations for large classified and unclassified networks, and a broad range of enterprise services including active directory, exchange, and SQL server administration.
Finally, ITC has also been involved in supporting service desk operations for over 5 years as well. We primarily specialize in information technology service desks and have supported Tier 1-4 operations for customers with more than 100K end users. We have experience standing up helpdesks including developing scripts, processes, and procedures and have supported the full range of ITIL incident management processes including problem management. We offer capabilities in a range of tools and technologies and specialize in BMC Remedy and Service Now with experts currently supporting enterprise implementations of this system.
As an example of our support efforts, today, we manage the complete IT infrastructure for the National Cyber Security Center of Excellence including their networks, physical and virtualized systems, and website. We also provide related IT services at the USCG’s Telecommunications and Information System Command and the Operational Systems Center, NASA’s Shared Service Center, and the NASA Center for Climate Simulations.
