Information Technology Coalition Inc. (ITC) was recently awarded two prime contracts by the Department of Homeland Security to provide technical and business support services. These are two separate functional category awards in support of the Program Management, Administrative, Operations (Clerical) and Technical Services (PACTS II) Vehicle. This five-year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) service contract is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). DHS is estimating the ceiling value of this contract at $1.5 billion.
IT Coalition is only one of two companies awarded both Functional Category 1-Program Management and Technical Services, and Functional Category 2 – Administrative and Operations Services.
“IT Coalition is extremely proud to have received an award for both FC1 and FC2 on the DHS PACTS II Vehicle,” said Russ Degidio, President of IT Coalition. “This important SDVOSB Vehicle will allow DHS to continue to receive a broad range of mission focused professional services from SDVOSB’s. We look forward to continuing to support the DHS mission as a prime contractor.”
For the past eight years, IT Coalition has successfully supported DHS by providing services similar in scope to the PACTS II contract. Today, IT Coalition supports five DHS components as a prime contractor.
PACTS II is IT Coalition’s second major DHS Department-wide, strategically sourced; Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract award and 16th prime contract with DHS.
