Information Security (C&A/ISSO/COOP/DR)
IT Coalition has been involved in information security since the company began. We started out supporting information assurance, certification and accreditation, and security operations for department of justice and have since then expanded our capabilities to include security architecture, assessment and accreditation, and continuous monitoring for tradition and cloud-based systems. We hold several prime contracts in this area including two at NIST supporting their internal systems and helping to stand up the National Cyber Security Center of Excellence. ITC has established corporate processes for security assessments and we are currently implementing an ISO 27000 quality management system for security.
PMO (Business and Financial Support)
ITC provides a variety of program management support services. We lead efforts today to help our customers with a full range of project management requirements from strategic planning to business process reengineering, to human resources. We specialize in providing financial support services and current lead multiple contracts providing life cycle cost estimating, budget and finance support services, and business operations (including oracle financials).
Software Development (Web)
ITC currently provides a range of software development services and specializes in web-based technologies. We have led numerous engagements from traditional website and content management system implementations to the development of data management systems. We employ agile development methodologies in this practice area and have experience implementing scrums and sprints to facilitate more effective and efficient implementations.
High Performance Computing
ITC is very proud of our work supporting high performance computing. We currently support NASA’s Center for Climate Simulations which houses large scale systems that offer over 1 petaflops of computing capacity and over 24 petabytes of storage. ITC’s team provides strategic planning, application development, data ontology, and system enhancement services.
Operations and Maintenance (O&M)
ITC has been involved in operations and maintenance activities since the beginning days of the company. We have provided system administration for complex systems (traditional and virtualized), network engineering and operations for large classified and unclassified networks, and a broad range of enterprise services including active directory, exchange, and SQL server administration.
ITC has been involved in supporting service desk operations for more than 5 years. We primarily specialize in information technology service desks and have supported Tier 1-4 operations for customers with more than 100K end users. We have experience standing up helpdesks including developing scripts, processes, and procedures and have supported the full range of ITIL incident management processes including problem management. Finally we offer capabilities in a range of tools and technologies and specialize in BMC Remedy with experts currently supporting enterprise implementations of this system.
