Our quality management system ensures that we will achieve corporate and customer objectives and consistently deliver the highest levels of quality in all aspects of our business. It is the duty of our entire staff to ensure that our quality policy is implemented and the needs of the customer are met.

Leadership

Mr. Neal Siebert is the President of IT Coalition where he provides strategic direction and manages performance objectives for the corporation. Mr. Siebert was previously the deputy G3 for the US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) where he provided oversight and supervision to 500+ staff involved in intelligence operations globally. He has more than 40 years of Army Experience both as a civilian and as an active duty infantry officer. Mr. Siebert is a Purple Heart recipient.

Mr. Tom Davis is the founder and CEO of IT Coalition. He provides day to day management of the corporation and oversees all contract & financial management activities. Mr. Davis founded ITC after 10+ year career managing security programs for the ARMY, DOJ, and other Federal and Commercial clients. During that time he served as a Senior Program Manager supporting the ARMY PKI program and as a senior leader in the Department of Justice (as a Civil Servant) leading physical security programs. Prior to his Federal Experience, Mr. Davis led physical security programs for commercial customers and owned and operated a small security consulting company. Mr. Davis has a BS in Criminal Justice.

Mr. Greg Fitzgerald (Fitz) serves as VP of the corporation, leading corporate and business development activities and overseeing corporate quality management. He brings 10+ years of experience leading business development, capture management, and solution development across the Federal sector. Previously he served in leadership positions with Computer Science Corporation (CSC) where he led the pursuit and capture of large opportunities and secured more than $1B in new contract wins. Mr. Fitzgerald has a BA from Penn State and an MS in Technology Management from George Mason.

Mr. Bill Price serves as a Director for the company where he manages our U.S. Coast Guard account and provides enterprise business development support. Mr. Price was previously the Information Systems Director at the U. S. Coast Guard’s Telecommunication and Information Systems Command where he provided oversight and supervision to a staff of 150+ staff (military, civilian and contractor). Responsibilities spanned a broad scope of enterprise-wide IT infrastructure engineering, support and security services. He retired from the government in 2007 with more than 35 years of federal service. Mr. Price has a BA from the University of Maryland in Business Management.

Mr. Thomas Gainer servers as a Director who is responsible for the delivery of IT services.   Mr Gainer is a PMP certified Program Manager with fifteen years of experience in the IT industry. He has two undergraduate degrees, a Master of Science in Information Technology and is a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) with over 10 years of information security specific experience both in the commercial and government sectors.  As an Officer and combat veteran during the second Gulf War, Thomas understands the importance of mission and how to marshal human capital to meet organizational objectives.  Mr. Gainer has delivered services to the National Institute of Standards and Technology, United States Army, United States Marine Corps, Federal Aviation Administration, Transportation Security Administration, Monster.com and several other commercial, defense, and civilian organizations.
